Raised in Country Kerry Ireland, Margaret O'Leary learned to knit at the tender age of three, and by age twelve had already begun creating her own original designs inspired by the beautiful pieces she saw hanging in boutiques in London and Paris. After moving to California in 1987, Margaret quickly started her own knitwear company, and by 1989 she had established Margaret O'Leary Inc. Today M.O.L. Knits is known for their innovative textures and cutting edge silhouettes. Luxurious and modern, this collection takes inspiration from the neighborhood surrounding their Potrero Hill studio in San Francisco, CA. Margaret continues to oversee the creation of her knitwear from initial design to final production to ensure the superior quality her clothing is known for.
